- Manage leadership turnover - organizational and individuals assessment, succession planning, onboarding preparation, coaching
- Triage business down cycles - evaluate options for navigating change, engage in proactive problem solving, plan for business and people transitions
- Leverage business up cycles - expand through strategic assessment of fixed vs. variable investments, elevating internal staff - identification/assessment/selection/coaching
- Tackling HR problems/opportunities - address specific challenges or problems in one or more of the following areas: employee engagement, retention, productivity, compensation, performance management
